SLR PILATES METHOD
SLR Pilates method teaches classic Pilates principles and implements them into our dynamic Pilates reformer training. This method incorporates strength training, mobility training, and an overall mind-body experience. Our studio is housed with 10 Balanced Body Allegro 2 Pilates Reformers. We flow through a focused full-body workout that will leave your body shaking and your mind clear. We offer modifications and advancements throughout each class to accommodate all levels.
