Yin & Restorative Yoga

Release and Rest with this Yin + Restorative Yoga Class. 
Sink into stillness and let the quiet hold you. This class begins with gentle intentional stretching of the myofascial tissue, followed by supported restful shapes and long, meditative pauses. You’re invited to soften, unwind, and listen inward. A slow, nourishing practice for body, heart, and soul.

* All levels. 

Align & Define Yoga

Sequences are slow by design to align and define postures, allowing the time to dynamically stretch & strengthen the whole body or simply tune in and rest. Instructor provides opportunity to connect with self and center your breath, mind and body. You will enjoy posture enhancing props, individualized cues and modifications. Beginner friendly & all life phases.

Power Flow Yoga

Ignite your inner strength with Power Flow Yoga, a dynamic, breath-centered, vinyasa style class designed to build endurance, flexibility and resilience, both physically and mentally. Expect a vigorous flowing sequence, while fostering a deep sense of connection and self-awareness. Step onto your mat and harness your power and move with purpose.

* Offered heated and non-heated. 

Room is heated to 85° F. Not recommended for pregnant students.

* Intermediate/Advanced Level.

Prenatal Yoga, Healthy Movement & Beyond 

Being in community is so important during our childbearing years. This is a class with adapted yoga postures for the specific needs of pregnancy, the powerful experience of childbirth and lasting into motherhood. Yoga and mindful breathwork helps to relieve tension and teaches you how to remain soft and in tune with your body and baby; important techniques during labor and birth. Each class will begin with a sharing circle, then a sequence of movements to help strengthen and stretch your changing body while concluding with a relaxation period. You are encouraged to practice at your own level of comfort, and the teacher can help you modify any pose. The sunroom style Yoga space is on the second story of SLR Pilates and you have to climb stairs to arrive (a beautiful pelvic mobility exercise).

 

Baby and Me Yoga Group

Postpartum support, Yoga Asana, and breath work that can involve baby cuddles and bonding. Come meet other mamas and bring your pre-crawler. Feel free to feed your baby in class or step out in the lounge, as you see fit. Class is upstairs, car seats allowed as needed. Bring your own drink, all equipment provided. 

* This class is great to begin once you are cleared for gentle exercise and rehabilitation by your provider or at least 40 days postpartum.
