Reformer Level 1-2 + Jumpboard
Reformer Level 1-2 + Jumpboard is a fast-paced total body workout that adds cardio element reformer training with jump board intervals and strength, flexibility, and balance. 60 minutes of nonstop heart-pumping pilates.
* Reformer Experience is recommended.
* All levels. Full-coverage nonslip socks are required.

Pilates Mat
SLR Method Pilates Mat is 50 minutes of mindful controlled movements, focusing on improving core strength, endurance, mobility, flexibility, and overall strength. We target every muscle group in the body to feel that Pilates burn and leave you strengthened and balanced throughout.
* All levels. Full-coverage nonslip socks are required.

Pilates Mat Sculpt
SLR Method Mat Sculpt is a 50 minute full body experience. Taking the fundamentals of Classic Pilates training and infusing props, weights, and contemporary sequences to sculpt and strengthen every inch of your body.
* Offered heated and non-heated.
* Room is heated to 85° F
* Intermediate to Advanced Level.
* Full-coverage nonslip socks are required.

Barre Body
Our Classic Barre Body is a dynamic fusion of Ballet, Pilates, Yoga, and Strength Training. Guiding you through a low impact, muscular endurance workout that focuses on high repetitions, and small, isometric movements that will leave your muscles shaking.
