Intro to Reformer

Intro to Reformer is the introductory to the SLR Pilates method and the Pilates Reformer.  Explore the ins and outs of Pilates Reformer training. Perfect for beginners to get comfortable to move on to more advanced training.

Reformer Level 1

Reformer 1 is an introduction to SLR Pilates method and the Pilates Reformer. 60 minutes of a full body workout that focuses on Pilates principles, body alignment, breathing, and proper form. 

* All levels. Full-coverage nonslip socks are required.

Reformer Level 1-2

Reformer Level 1-2 is 50 minutes of a full-body workout that adds a mixture of Pilates fundamentals props and faster-paced movements to challenge every muscle in your body. Leave with your body shaking and your mind clear. 

* All levels. Full-coverage nonslip socks are required.

Reformer Level 1-2 + Jumpboard

Reformer Level 1-2 + Jumpboard is a fast-paced total body workout that adds cardio element reformer training with jump board intervals and strength, flexibility, and balance. 60 minutes of nonstop heart-pumping pilates.

* Reformer Experience is recommended.

* All levels. Full-coverage nonslip socks are required.

Pilates Mat

SLR Method Pilates Mat is 50 minutes of mindful controlled movements, focusing on improving core strength, endurance, mobility, flexibility, and overall strength. We target every muscle group in the body to feel that Pilates burn and leave you strengthened and balanced throughout.

* All levels. Full-coverage nonslip socks are required.

Pilates Mat Sculpt

SLR Method Mat Sculpt is a 50 minute full body experience. Taking the fundamentals of Classic Pilates training and infusing props, weights, and contemporary sequences to sculpt and strengthen every inch of your body. 

* Offered heated and non-heated. 

Room is heated to 85° F

* Intermediate to Advanced Level.

Full-coverage nonslip socks are required.

Barre Body

Our Classic Barre Body is a dynamic fusion of Ballet, Pilates, Yoga, and Strength Training. Guiding you through a low impact, muscular endurance workout that focuses on high repetitions, and small, isometric movements that will leave your muscles shaking.
