Reformer Level 1-2 + Jumpboard
Reformer Level 1-2 + Jumpboard is a fast-paced total body workout that adds cardio element reformer training with jump board intervals and strength, flexibility, and balance. 60 minutes of nonstop heart-pumping pilates.
* Reformer Experience is recommended.
* All levels. Full-coverage nonslip socks are required.
Rise and Shine Reformer
The SLR Rise and Shine Reformer consists of four weeks of nonstop Pilates Reformer Method Training. Three 50 minute classes a week for four weeks.
Monday & Wednesday
Reformer 1-2 is 50 minutes of full body workout that adds in a picture of Pilates fundamentals, props, and faster paced movement to challenge every muscle in your body.
Thursday
Reformer Level 1-2 + Jumpboard is a fast-paced, total body workout that adds in a cardio element to Reformer training with Jumpboard intervals along with strength, flexibility, and balance. 50 minutes of nonstop heart pumping Pilates.
* All Levels. Drop-in reservations are permitted when space is available.
